Prefabrication Services
At USIS, prefabrication is an extension of what we do best, delivering efficient, high-quality prefabrication systems in the field. Our prefab solutions are built by electricians, for electricians, with a focus on improving jobsite productivity, reducing waste, and keeping your project on schedule.
Addressing the constant day-to-day need for non-custom electrical components on jobsites, USIS has created a state-of-the-art facility for the express purpose of manufacturing, assembling and/or prefabricating those often-used components, both for our own use and for sale to others. Because we have dedicated technicians who have mastered the ability to create generic assemblies for use across multiple types of projects with a high level of quality and cost efficiency, we can stockpile these components and have them available more quickly than otherwise possible.
These types of component parts encompass virtually all general parts needed for an electrical scope and include but are not limited to feeder cable assemblies, electrical panels, NID panels and power whips. The fact that we at USIS use those same component parts in connection with the projects on which we perform services ensures that the quality of each component part is exceptional and is designed and fabricated to the highest standards.

Delivery & Material Management

Delivery When You Need It
USIS operates a fleet of 75 vehicles located just 30 miles from New York City. We deliver assemblies on your schedule, seven days a week. Need something fast? We can accommodate same-day deliveries when required, helping you stay on track and avoid delays.

Warehousing & Material Management
To help control costs and mitigate supply chain risks, USIS can procure and store all project materials in advance at our 92,000 sqft facility located just 30 miles from New York City. This approach helps:
- Avoid price escalation
- Reduce delays from manufacturer lead times
- Keep your project moving without interruption
- If you’re supplying key equipment, such as load centers or breakers, you can ship them directly to us. We’ll inspect everything upon arrival and provide photo confirmation so you know your materials are secure and ready

Reducing Jobsite Waste
Our prefabrication assemblies are shipped in rolling cages, eliminating the need for cardboard packaging and reducing cleanup on site. They fit through door frames, can be collapsed, stored outside, and lifted with a lull if your site does not have hoist elevators yet. When you’re done, we’ll come pick them up, no disposal required from your team.
