Burn-in and Staging Center
At USIS, we understand the challenges companies face when tasked with updating their Information Technology networks and systems. The larger the rollout, the more components there are to be received, inventoried, configured, tested, shipped and installed. USIS’s Staging and Logistics Services were developed to manage the entire process.
Our burn-in and staging center has all of the essential components and experienced personnel to meet the demands of the largest projects. Our team of staging and logistics professionals works with client managers to ensure superior quality service for systems integration and deployment.
Burn-in and Staging services include:
•Receive & inventory routers, switches, servers, PCs, wireless devices, IP phones, peripheral devices, etc.
•Asset Tracking via USIS Equipment Management System (EMS) with web portal access to clients reporting on all
phases
•Inspect all delivered equipment and initiate RMA orders for any damaged units
•Assemble chassis and associated components to client specifications
•Load client-specified OS / IOS, images and custom configurations
•Minimum 24-hour burn-in and testing of installed software and configurations
•Labeling of all components to naming conventions specified by client
•Direct shipping to client locations ensuring proper delivery and hand-off
•On-site installation, testing, troubleshooting and turnover to client NOC
•Day-Two support
•Single point of accountability for staging, inventory management, shipping and deployment allows clients to focus on

USIS's documentation provides management with flexible and powerful tools to monitor, measure, secure and provide information regarding all corporate and government compliance concerns, accounting and real estate evaluations.
Utilizing software based systems for managing networks, clients are assured that information is accurate and time and money are saved against all future change requirements.
USIS's Document Solutions provide:
